Thank you for shopping at Evaneris Studio. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and terms for both local orders within Singapore and international orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Processing

Processing Time: 
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

All preorder items have a production and fulfillment cycle of approximately 6 months before shipment. We will notify customers promptly once products are ready for dispatch.

Order Verification:

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders for payment verification, inventory checks, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified via email if any delays or issues arise with your order.

Order Modifications:

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at (the.lunaria.archives@gmail.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Shipping

 ✿ Local Shipping (Within Singapore) ✿

Carrier:

  • Orders are shipped via SingPost. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address (including postal code) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel at your doorstep, with a neighbour, or at the nearest post office/collection point, depending on their service policies.

International Shipping

Processing & Transit Time:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Transit Time: [e.g., 7–21 business days] (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat shipping fee of USD 9 applies to all Southeast Asian destinations, delivered directly via SingPost
  • Flat shipping fee of USD 25 applies to all other regions. 

Carrier:

  • All international orders excluding Southeast Asia will be consolidated and shipped from our logistics warehouse in China. The final delivery carrier will be arranged by our freight forwarder, with China Post as the main shipping service. Tracking details will be provided once your package is dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Singapore Orders:

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the listed prices for orders shipped within Singapore.

International Orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping costs. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for applicable fees before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or confiscation of orders due to customs regulations.
Shipping Delays & Issues

Force Majeure:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs holds, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

· Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for such issues.

· Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at (the.lunaria.archives@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you with a resolution.

Thank you for purchasing from Evaneris Studio. This policy covers all products sold by us, including collaborative items with Lunaria Studio.

Policy Statement
Due to high cross-border shipping expenses, lengthy transit periods and logistics restrictions, product returns and send-back services are not available.

Compensation Eligibility
Compensation claims are only accepted for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Buyers must submit clear photo or video evidence within 24 hours upon parcel receipt.

Available Remedies
Two solutions are offered without goods return:
    1. Complimentary reshipment of qualified or correct items
    2. Partial or full refund based on actual damage condition

Non-compensable Circumstances
    1. Damage resulting from improper usage or storage
    2. Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by carrier
    3. Delivery delays caused by customs clearance and logistics issues
